When will my order be delivered?


When your order can be shipped is shown in the order confirmation. We ship all our orders via DHL express. Shipment takes place on the same or next working day. That is Monday to Friday except public holidays.

So if you have ordered on a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?


If you are not present at the time the order is delivered, the order is delivered to the neighbours or the package is offered to you again the next day.

If you are not present at the second delivery attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. DHL does in this case a notification in the mailbox, so you can pick up the order yourself.

TIP: Have the order delivered to the address where you are present during the day by entering a different delivery address, for example at work.

 

Can I track the shipping status of my order?


Yes, that's possible. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send an e-mail with a track & trace number, with which you can follow the status of your order after 00.00 hours via the website of DHL.

There is one exception: products that fit through the letter box (such as gift vouchers etc.) are treated as letterbox mail. It is not possible to follow the shipping status of this order.
